The return period is 14 days from the moment you receive your order.

Items purchased must be returned in the original state in which they were received, accompanied by their invoice. Upon receipt of your return, we will cancel, refund the amount paid and / or exchange for another product, depending on the type of problem that caused the return.

To make a return request, you must send an e-mail to info@devotion.pt, indicating the same intention, with the information of the order number, so that we can schedule a collection of the products purchased. The transport company with which we work, will be in charge of collecting your products and deliver them in our warehouse, at no additional cost to you.

The exchange for another article is conditioned to the existing stock at the time of your return request.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we undertake to replace the item without any additional charge or to refund the value of the item.

We will respond within 48 hours to 72 hours in order to arrange a collection of products at your address for return purposes. The return will only be guaranteed after analyzing the condition of the products purchased. Once our team confirms the status of the products, you will be reimbursed for your money and / or the products will be exchanged and shipped to the same address.
